Daryl founded First Principles Engineering Inc. to build a strong team that could combine superior technical training, creative thought, and high-tech experience, with pride and a passion for engineering. Daryl personally directs all designs at First Principles Engineering, drawing on his many years of experience in new product designs for advanced racing and sportscar programs. His long CV includes a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and a Doctorate in Engineering Science from the University of Western Ontario. Daryl has achieved many awards for excellence in teaching and research, but his true passion is for the application of the science. His creative approach to problem solving has resulted in several patents awarded and pending. In the world of applied science, Daryl is a proven performer and a true 'doer'.
